GroupSolver launches customer sentiment tool
The AutoTheme tool for the GroupSolver platform allows users to organise data from free-text answers to allow more granular analysis to take place.
The tool aims to provide an understanding of customer sentiment with the same depth of insight as in-person focus groups but for online research.
Rasto Ivanic, co-founder and chief executive of GroupSolver, said the tool would make it possible to process data from unstructured free-text answers using the platform’s “combination of machine learning algorithms and crowdsourced respondent intelligence”.
