GQR boosts comms and campaigns with VPs

US – Public opinion and strategy research firm GQR has appointed Kelsey Suter and Jonathan Moakes as vice-presidents.

Suter (pictured) returns to GQR having worked for the firm between 2012 and 2016. She was most recently at public affairs and strategic communications consultancy, APCO Worldwide.

Moakes joins GQR’s London office. He has been chief executive and chief strategist for the South African opposition party, Democratic Alliance.
