GMO Research partners with Ignite Vision to extend Chinese panel

JAPAN — Market research company GMO Research has expanded its panel reach in China by agreeing an alliance with ad network Ignite Vision.

Online surveys are still rare in China, compared with them accounting for 46% of all market research in Japan, and GMO Research said the agreement will mean its China Cloud Panel will now be the largest panel in China in terms of reach.

Overall sales generated by the China branch of GMO Research, GMO E-Lab Marketing Research, grew more than 200% in 2014 from the previous year.

Ignite Vision Holdings, a branch of ad network firm, Ignite Vision is one of the largest panel networks in China connecting more than 500 online media sites nationwide with access to over 30 million registered members.
