GERMANY — GfK has announced added capabilities to its customer experience management tool, GfK Echo.
The enhanced Echo service now includes a predictive analytics capability and real-time, on demand insight access.
The GfK Echo platform is designed to monitor the customer’s experience at the point of sale and/ or service. It integrates structured and unstructured customer feedback with client and third party data, using predictive modelling to identify which specific actions drive incremental sales growth.
