UK — GfK has acquired retail and pricing intelligence provider Cogenta.
Cogenta, founded in 2006 and headquartered in Windsor, currently collects data on more than 8 million products across a number of countries. It will be fully integrated into GfK.
“We’re excited to join GfK, as becoming part of GfK was an obvious option when looking at our existing product and client portfolio,” said Adrian Hobbs, CEO and co-founder of Cogenta (pictured). “We will be able to provide our market-leading solution to many more clients globally and in a much shorter timeframe than we could have achieved on our own.”
