Further launches diversity research division
The new business is aimed at helping brands and organisations respond to the cultural and market shifts driven by diversity. It will partner with creative agencies, management consultancies and insight teams, in addition to working directly with brands.
Versiti will be led by Further co-founders Dr. Marie-Claude Gervais (pictured) and Stephen Cribbett, alongside research strategist Dr. John Whittle.
The division is currently working with RNIB, Guide Dogs and The Stroke Association.
Stephen Cribbett, co-founder, Versiti said: "Our aim is to help our clients navigate the complexities of diversity and inclusion so that they can avoid costly mistakes but also leverage the opportunities to innovate, grow and be more productive."
Dr. Marie-Claude Gervais, co-founder, added that Versiti has been set up "for the individuals whose voices are not typically heard and for the brands and organisations that don’t connect with these audiences and fail to adapt, grow and deliver the right products and services as a result."
