FSB launches research community for small businesses

News UK

UK — The Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) has launched Big Voice, a new research community for small businesses.

Run by Verve on behalf of the FSB, Big Voice focuses on issues relevant to small businesses. Recent polls have been run on topics such as broadband, access to finance, employment, pensions and tax.

“The Big Voice survey panel shines a spotlight on the issues important to small businesses,” said John Allan, national chairman of Federation of Small Business. “The collected data is shared by the FSB with politicians at all levels of government, to create change for small businesses.

“No matter how small the company, the experiences of its owner helps policy makers and politicians understand the needs of small businesses and how they operate”.

The FSB has around 200,000 members.
