US – Research and advisory firm Forrester has announced plans for a platform focused on company strategy and consumers.
Forrester Decisions, which will launch in August 2021, will aim to help business executives with strategy post Covid-19 across technology, marketing, customer experience, sales and product management.
The tools included in the platform include Forrester B2B Revenue Waterfall, which helps prioritise buyer engagement, CX Management Maturity Model, which focuses on customer experience, and best-practice guidance sessions from Forrester staff.
Forrester Decisions will also offer a digital platform with tools to allow collaboration across organisations, as well as new data and certification course content.
The platform launch follows Forrester’s acquisition of business-to-business research company SiriusDecisions in a $245m deal in 2019.
George Colony, chief executive and chairman of Forrester, said: “Today’s post-pandemic world is requiring leaders to make bold decisions, chart new paths and execute quickly.
“This new research portfolio is transformational in how we work with and guide our clients and accelerate their growth.”
