UK — Customer experience management consultancy Nunwood has hired Carol McCreadie as client services director.
McCreadie was previously head of insight at financial services company Standard Life and will assume responsibility for a portfolio of clients in the financial services sector.

She brings with her strong research skills coupled with the knowledge of how to deliver successful customer experience management programs on a major scale. This combination of skills fits perfectly with our offer and what our clients need right now,” said Nunwood’s managing director Phil Rushfirth.
