IRELAND – Survey software company SurveyMonkey has appointed Graham Douglas as vice-president of customer experience (CX) sales in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Douglas most recently led sales for Oracle in Europe, and has previously held management positions at Compaq, PTC and Synergy.
Based in Dublin, Douglas will focus on growing SurveyMonkey’s revenue in the Emea region and driving uptake of its CX platform, GetFeedback.
The appointment follows the launch of the company’s European data centre and the acquisition of Amsterdam-based voice-of-the-customer business Usabilla in 2019.
John Schoenstein, chief sales officer at SurveyMonkey, said: “Graham has experience with some of the largest enterprise technology companies in the world, and we’re eager to add his expertise to SurveyMonkey’s strategy for growing our international footprint in customer experience.”
