Former Lucid exec joins Torfac

Malik (pictured) has more than 20 years’ experience in the online market research space, specialising in client servicing, project management, training and development. 

Malik has worked with brands and companies such as American Express, Toluna, Course5i and, most recently, Lucid. She has led operations teams in the areas of project management support, programming, data processing, coding and charting.

In her new role Malik will be expanding the project management team, contributing to solving complex business problems, driving transformation and “infusing a new operational rigour to enable greater efficiencies and drive optimal performance results”, according to the Toronto-based agency.

Malik will also be instrumental in further improving Torfac’s delivery and client experience.
