Former Incite US leaders create consultancy

The new business will focus on a “hands-on” approach that involves teams staying in close contact with clients across projects and phases of work.

The consultancy will offer qualitative, quantitative, strategy, development and consulting support, and will work with industries such as financial services, hospitality and travel, retail and manufacturing, technology and consumer-packaged goods.

Old Salt Insights Consulting has been founded by Kevin Kruper (pictured left), former US managing director of Incite, and Rocky Prozeller (pictured right), former director of Incite. The two helped lead Incite’s US outpost from 2013 until 2020. Incite is now part of Kin + Carta.

Kruper said the company’s organisational structure recognises “the power in ensuring the same senior voices in boardrooms are the ones working the whiteboards”.
