Harman (pictured) was previously regional vice president at collaboration and visualisation software firm Mindjet, and has held management roles at Infor, Geac and Comshare.

At Foresee he will be responsible for extending relationships with existing customers, driving market awareness and developing new business strategies.

The managing director role in the UK was previously held by Mansoor Malik, who has been given a new but as yet unnamed role at the company.
