Forbes Consulting launches customisation of neuro-tool

US — Market research company Forbes Consulting Group has launched a customisation of its neuroscience-based emotional measurement offering.

MindSight DIY allows a qualitative moderator or a quantitative researcher to configure, customise and execute a MindSight study to meet the specific needs of a project.

MindSight uses neuroscience technology to access information about consumer emotions directly from the emotional brain and the customisation applies to the entire structure, including the images being used, delivery options and the respondent variables for which the results are filtered.

Strategic planning & consumer research consultant Judy Retensky said: “MindSight is an incredible tool for moderators, enabling us to move quickly into discussions related to emotions. The new DIY version makes it possible for us to include MindSight in a study with minimal cost and time requirements.”
