UK – Insight and strategy consultancy Flamingo has promoted Sam Gomez to the role of London co-CEO, joining current agency head Ednyfed Tappy.
It has also hired its first group chief operating officer, Robert Nagadowski – former Kantar Global business change programme director and acting head of operations at Kantar Japan.
Gomez – who was previously head of client strategy – will partner with Tappy to take on new responsibilities as co-CEO, and together they will lead the London business, building on a series of successful growth initiatives that have expanded the company’s offering and client portfolio.
Over the past few years, Flamingo has developed a series of specialist practices including Digital Forensics and Social Purpose.
Gomez joined Flamingo in 2001 and founded its Singapore office in 2003.
Tappy said: “I’m extremely excited to be joined by someone else at the helm and Sam is absolutely the right person for it. Having known one another for over 15 years we both share a passion for the work, for the culture, and for the team.”
