UK— Relish Research has appointed former Nestlé Confectionery brand insight manager Carol Finlayson to the newly created role of qualitative research manager. She will be based in the agency’s Relish North office.
At Nestlé, Finlayson was responsible for planning ad hoc research for chocolate and biscuits for just over a year. Prior to this, she worked as a research manager for the Welcome to Yorkshire tourist board for almost four years.
She joins Relish Research as the company boosts its workforce. The agency says it has grown from 11 to 19 people in the last nine months.
Last year, Drummond Madell rebranded as Relish Research and opened a new office near Leeds, called Relish North. The name change followed the departure of senior partner John Madell, who recently sold his share of the business to Monique Drummond.
