Fieldwork venture for ex-Synovate directors

UK— Peter Boyle and Sarah Flinn have launched a fieldwork agency dedicated to the healthcare research industry, Adept Field Services.

The duo are both former directors at Synovate Healthcare where Boyle was global field services director and Flinn was managing director for UK field services.

Both also worked at Fieldwork International before it was acquired by Synovate, with Boyle serving as global managing director and Flinn as UK MD and director of online services.

Adept will offer a range of qual and quant data collection services including focus groups, telephone interviewing, online surveys and diary studies.

Flinn said: “It’s a refreshing feeling to be truly independent, we have no ties to any one supplier which enables us to find solutions where others might encounter problems. I truly believe that regardless of size or methodology our clients can have confidence in our ability to deliver every time.”
