US – Research company Bolt Insight has added two new features to its BoltChatAI qualitative research platform.

The features, called Dynamic Personas and Meta-Analysis, allow users of BoltChatAI to build audience profiles and compare data across time and segments.

Dynamic Personas is built from research including surveys, interviews and trend reports and is designed to evolve over time as new data is added, as well as offering insights based on the profiles created.

Hakan Yurdakul, chief executive and co-founder at BoltChatAI, said: “Where we expect to see clients using [Dynamic Personas] most is for building customer profiles.

“Every study or data source added feeds into a broader understanding, growing and compounding brand intelligence and insight.”

Meta-Analysis allows users to find hidden trends, examine behavioural shifts and providing insights on past research, both qualitative and quantitative, with the tool scanning past projects or external files to include in its analysis.

“We see Meta-Analysis delivering huge benefits internally, saving time and thereby accelerating decision-making,” added Yurdakul.

“It will cut analysis time from days to minutes, provide insights which are cumulative rather than one-off while the AI Moderator will reduce human error or oversight in pattern recognition.”
