FRANCE — Tim Farmer has joined Ipsos Connect and will lead the deployment of MediaCell, its electronic TV and radio audience measurement approach.
Prior to joining Ipsos, Farmer held various positions at Nielsen, including managing director of the Irish media business and more recently as the joint operational leader for Europe with responsibility for TV and consumer measurement panels.
Farmer had also worked for Ipsos in UK earlier in his career, on the RAJAR and NRS UK radio and press measurement contracts.
Tim will report into Yannick Carriou, global CEO of Ipsos Connect.
