Facts International grows call centre
The redeveloped centre’s capacity has been increased by a third and now accommodates around 200 seats. Opening hours have also been extended to allow the firm to handle “large scale international projects”.
Chief executive Crispin Beale (pictured) said: “As one of the largest custom-designed communication centres in the country, Facts International is now able to offer even more research capabilities to our wide base of clients.”
