Facts International grows call centre

UK— Facts International has expanded its call centre after winning new work from clients including Chartis and Greenflag and commissions from research agencies.

The redeveloped centre’s capacity has been increased by a third and now accommodates around 200 seats. Opening hours have also been extended to allow the firm to handle “large scale international projects”.

Chief executive Crispin Beale (pictured) said: “As one of the largest custom-designed communication centres in the country, Facts International is now able to offer even more research capabilities to our wide base of clients.”
