US— Customer experience consulting agency Evoc Insights has struck a deal with Omniture to use its web analytics software to track consumers’ online behaviour.
Liz Webb, managing partner at Evoc, said: “This partnership with Omniture delivers the premier solution for conducting in-session behavioural and attitudinal tracking surveys, by intercepting users at the point of interaction with a website. We now have the ability to ask unique visitors questions about their web-browsing behaviour based on the order of pages they viewed and the actions they performed.”
For example, if a visitor added a product to their online shopping cart but left the site without making a purchase, Evoc would be able to ask them exactly why, said Webb.
