Euro RSCG 4D Discovery beefs up behavioral marketing with Congruent deal
Congruent will be integrated into Discovery’s Baltimore office, expanding the agency’s digital and behavioural marketing capabilities.
The marketing firm’s founding partners, Dan Dawes and Jeffrey Rudolf, have been given the new roles of senior vice president of digital and senior vice president of digital technology at Discovery, which is owned by Euro RSCG Worldwide.
Ron Bess (pictured), Euro RSCG North America president said: “Dan and Jeffrey have built a world-class interactive agency, and we are confident that this acquisition will enhance Discovery’s behavioural marketing strength.”
Dan Dawes said: “Euro RSCG 4D Discovery is an industry leader in the direct and behavioural marketing category and we are thrilled to join the leadership team of this national network.”
