US – Human behaviour and analytics firm Escalent has appointed Nancy Arter as a senior vice-president in the technology & telecommunications divisions and Keir Lococo as vice-president in the health division.
Arter has more than 25 years of tech and telecom experience and was most recently senior vice-president at HarrisX. She has also worked at Nielsen, Experian, Outward Media and AT&T among other roles.
Lococo is a data analytics and consultation expert, specialising in brand and customer experience. He joins from GfK where he was vice-president, consulting. Lococo has also worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield Association and C+R Research.
