US— EmPower Research has launched an innovation centre, called InnoLabs, to help drive developments in social media research.
InnoLabs will be led by Anupama Muraleedharan, who previously was in charge of EmPower Research’s anaytics services to a number of Fortune 500 companies.
Managing partner Sangita Joshi (pictured) said that the the new centre would look to create “critical, timely and deeper insights” for clients from social media research.
Priya Venkataraman, senior research director for consulting and analytics, said: “InnoLabs started as an internal innovation group where we built frameworks and methods to generate insights using unstructured social media data. Our goal is to shorten project delivery cycles, and introduce new solutions that have relevance and utility for our clients.”
