AUSTRALIA – Data and insights platform Dynata has expanded its loyalty community in Asia-Pacific by adding partnerships with hospitality group Accord and Air Asia subsidiary Big Loyalty.
Dynata’s loyalty programme, which is invitation only, allows brands across four continents to gain new insights, test upcoming products and participate in real-world missions.
Consumers who agree to take surveys through the community earn points from more than 60 premier partners in the airline, hotel, banking, retail, restaurant and loyalty industries around the world, which are redeemable for discounts, special offers and member-only promotions.
Dynata said it will continue expanding the scheme in the coming months to Singapore, Thailand and the Philippines.
James Burge, managing director, Asia-Pacific for Dynata, said: “Loyalty programs play a vital role in ensuring that consumers are engaged and feel it is worth their time to give their opinions and attitudes.
“Expanding that program ensures that we can continue to deliver those insights while providing that fair-value exchange for consumers.”
