Duo launch Synapse Research
The new firm is primarily a sample supplier which uses a proprietary process it calls “smart sourcing” to carry out 36 forms of validation on panel members.
On top of this, Synapse also offers translation and tabulation services to customers from its offices in New York, Connecticut and Maryland.
Co-CEO Adam Weinstein (pictured) said: “We founded Synapse because we wanted it. Our clients wanted it. Online research had shifted from a peripheral need to a primary mandate. But online acquisition hadn’t caught up. No one had yet developed a way to affordably capture true global access, at the validation levels our clients deserved. So that’s what we built.”
