Hope (pictured) will now lead the research function for Dennis’ global business, reporting to chief customer officer Julian Thorne.

Previously research director, Hope joined the company in 2004. She will head up a newly formed customer insight team focused on providing insight on customer identification, experience and satisfaction, and supporting commercial departments.

Dennis’ portfolio includes The Week, Money Week and Auto Express. The company operates in the UK and the US.

Carlene Wilson, research manager, and Caitlin Tuvesson, research and insights executive, will support Hope.

Dennis said it has created the new role to better understand paying customers, who represent the majority of its revenues.

Hope said: “This is a fantastic opportunity to really get to know what is important to our customers and understand their relationship with our brands.”
