Deloitte buys analytics software firm Oco
Oco’s software is used by customers, including Dunkin’ Donuts, Caterpillar and consumer goods firm Welch in areas such as sales and customer analysis and customer experience analysis, among others.
Jane Griffin (pictured), principal at Deloitte Consulting, said: “More and more businesses are looking for both analysis and real insights gleaned from multiple sources without having to make significant investments in internal infrastructure and support. The acquisition enhances our ability to help further an organisation’s existing business analytics and data management strategy.”
