UK – Research and data business Delineate has promoted Ben Leet to chief executive, replacing the firm’s founder, James Turner, who has become Delineate’s president.
Leet (pictured) was previously chief operating officer at Delineate, having joined the company in 2018 from YouGov, for whom he led their UK operations.
As president, Turner will focus on strategy, partnerships and platform development.
In addition, Chris Bunyan has returned to Delineate as product director, having previously been the company’s head of data products between 2017 and 2019.
Bunyan has also worked for Black Swan Data, Attest and Kantar before joining Delineate in 2017, and most recently worked as a consultant.
The changes are part of the company’s refocus on its real-time data platform. Delineate was set up in 2018, focusing on brand and campaign tracking in more than 130 countries worldwide.
Paul Edwards, chair of the board at Delineate, said: “Ben’s appointment is great news, and he has all the skills the business needs for this next phase.”
