US— Healthcare researcher Decision Resources has acquired BioTrends Research Group, which provides syndicated research in smaller pharma markets.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Jason LaBonte of Decision Resources said the acquisition “expands the breadth of our disease coverage”.
BioTrends, which will remain headquartered in Exton, Pennsylvania, covers areas including nephrology, dermatology, gastroenterology, immunology and rheumatology.
Jennifer Robinson, president of BioTrends, said: “We are excited to begin our next wave of growth as a Decision Resources Inc company”.
