US — Qualitative market research firm iModerate Research Technologies and marketing research services provider Decipher have teamed up to offer integrated technology to both companies’ clients.
iModerate’s qualitative conversation technology, which allows for personal, real-time conversations with respondents, has been formally integrated into Beacon, Decipher’s market research survey software platform.
In addition, Decipher also will offer iModerate’s qualitative conversations as part of a hybrid research solution through the company’s research services offerings.
Kristin Luck, president of Decipher said: “Integrating iModerate’s unique offering into Beacon provides qualitative research capabilities never before available via a survey software platform — and having it available through our research services team allows all of our clients, Beacon licensees or not, to take advantage of the technology.”
