CTR probes audience for China’s mobile digital displays

CHINA— Digital out-of-home media owner VisionChina is working with CTR Market Research on a study of audiences for digital TV screens installed on public transport systems.

The research aims to address the challenges advertisers face in evaluating the value and effect of ads that appear on these networks.

VisionChina and partner CCTV Mobile Media expect to report the first data from the project in October. VisionChina maintains digital display screens on buses, subway trains and stations in China’s major cities.
