CRE issues RFP for hybrid audience measurement

US— The Council for Research Excellence (CRE), a Nielsen-funded body whose members include major media owners, advertisers and agencies, has issued a request for proposals for an agency to carry out a survey into hybrid digital audience measurement techniques.

CRE is looking to survey digital publishers to “assess current data collection practices, commonalities, areas of opportunity and best practices to enhance hybrid digital audience measurement methodologies”.

The study will be overseen by the CRE’s Digital Committee, which is headed by Univision Interactive Media’s senior vice president of interactive research Dan Murphy (pictured).

Further details of the tender can be found online here.
