Contentsquare adds AI to experience platform
The platform connects Contentsquare’s four analytics ‘domains’ covering digital experience analytics, digital experience monitoring, product analytics and voice of the customer.
Contentsquare has also added AI voice of the customer to its platform to help gather behavioural insights, as well as other AI elements.
Other AI features include the embedding of Contentsquare’s ‘Frustration Score’ across various modules, to automatically identify friction points in the customer journey, and a generative AI-powered co-pilot tool for user interaction in product analytics.
Auto-generated surveys and sentiment analysis in the platforms voice of the customer module and Headlines, a new feature that highlights key business metrics fluctuations and other weekly customer experience performance highlights, are also included.
Lucie Buisson, chief product officer at Contentsquare, said: “Delivering experiences that people love is hard. Siloed analytics platforms and data complexity mean companies are struggling to really understand end-to-end customer journeys.
