Consumer Profile placed into recievership

UK — Oxfordshire-based research agency Consumer Profile has been placed into receivership after 25 years in business, its founder Peter Lovett announced today.

Lovett (pictured), who was recently replaced as chairman of the Association for Qualitative Research (AQR) by Discovery Research founder Ken Parker, will continue as a qualitative research consultant trading as Bespoke Qualitative Research.

He said: “It was a wonderful business for 23 years, but the last three years saw a downturn in trade that made the business untenable.”

Bespoke Qualitative Research will aim to provide UK and International research-based strategic consultancy. Particular areas of speciality are luxury and mature markets, with an emphasis on health and wellbeing.
