Confirmit hires customer experience director
UK— Customer feedback and market research software firm Confirmit has hired Claire Sporton as director of customer experience management.
Sporton’s role will be to support Confirmit’s technology clients in the development of their customer programmes, said chief strategy officer Pat Molloy.
Earlier in her career she worked at Aon Limited, Bain Hogg and Satmetrix.
