ComScore Q3 revenue up 13%

US — ComScore has achieved record third quarter revenue of $92.4m, an increase of 13% compared with the same period last year.

The media measurement and analytics company’s adjusted EBITDA was $23.4m, an increase of 16%.

For the nine months ending September 30, revenue was $270.7m, up 15% on the same period last year.

Last month, ComScore announced that it is to acquire its rival Rentrak in a deal worth $732m. As part of the results announcement, Serge Matta, president and chief executive of comScore, revealed that Adobe is acquiring the company’s enterprise analytics technology, Digital Analytix.
