US – Media evaluation firm Comscore has completed an agreement with video and connected television (CTV) business Tremor to allow Tremor customers to access Comscore’s audience targeting tools.
The agreement will see Comscore’s cookie-free pre-bid audience targeting tool Predictive Audiences made available in Tremor’s end-to-end platform, incorporating its Tremor Video DSP and Unruly SSP tools.
Users of Tremor Video and Unruly would be able to reach granular behavioural audiences based on video-level contextual signals, particularly within CTV environments.
Predictive Audiences will also allow Tremor customers to access more than 1,000 audience segments and behavioural targeting tools.
Lee Blickstein, vice-president, activation solutions, at Comscore, said: “Traditionally, advertisers had to choose between high performing audience targeting tactics and future-proof solutions.
“Now with Tremor International, we are breaking down this barrier and taking a big step forward in what advertisers can expect from their CTV campaign performance.”
Jessica La Rosa, vice-president of partnerships and data operations at Tremor International, said: “We are excited to partner with Comscore on this offering, as it provides a contextual-based solution to the standard third-party audience targeting.
“Advertisers get the advantages of the same type of precise and granular audience reach, in a solution that works globally, and in a privacy-compliant manner, across all platforms, especially CTV.”
