US— MBS/Vox the research consultancy arm of WPP-owned healthcare communications agency CommonHealth, has appointed David Curry as a senior analyst and Julie Hoops as an analyst.
Curry was previously in the marketing department at IMS Health, while Hoops is a masters graduate from Florida Atlantic University.
In his new role Curry will be analysing data from naturally occurring healthcare interactions using linguistic techniques. He will also be applying qualitative and quantitative metrics, and working across a variety of disease states.
Hoops will be responsible for analysing interactions that occur between healthcare professionals and patients within the office setting, and performing ethnographic research in various disease states.
