UK— Cobalt Sky has partnered with Analytical People founder John McConnell (pictured) to launch a new statistical-based analytics service.
Cobalt Sky Analytics will cover segmentation, trade-off analysis, data mining, data visualisation and simulations that aim to answer what-if scenarios.
The firm said that the new range of tools are designed to increase customer satisfaction, show which market segments are most valuable to companies, increase the likelihood of purchase and demonstrate how a brand is perceived against competitors.
