US — Customer experience management (CEM) provider Clarabridge and social analytics and monitoring provider Brandwatch have teamed up to link customer analytics with social analytics.
Clarabridge has integrated Brandwatch into its social platform so that clients are provided a single hub to analyse both the structured customer data and unstructured data within social media to gain an in-depth, holistic view of their customers.
Sid Banerjee, CEO at Clarabridge, said: “The level of rich social media data provided by Brandwatch, coupled with the intelligent analytics and operational capabilities of Clarabridge, adds up to the most sophisticated CEM hub available on the market and that is incredibly beneficial to our customers.”
