Chrone’s previous roles include chief financial officer for Vantage Media and email security company FrontBridge Technologies.

He has been involved in raising investment capital and in mergers and acquisitions, including Microsoft’s acquisition of FrontBridge.

Chrone joins MFour on the back of its recent growth which has included $5 million in new funding from Kayne NewRoad Ventures Fund II and $680,000 in job-creation tax credits from California’s state government.
