Cello Health launches social insight business

UK – Cello Health, the healthcare division of marketing services company Cello Group, has launched a social media insight and analytics business specialising in healthcare and pharmaceuticals.

Cello Health Logic, which has been launched from market research agency Cello Health Insight’s digital division, will provide access to data generated from conversations on consumer social media channels, including validated views of healthcare professionals.

The offer has been developed in response to a growing demand for social media insights in the pharmaceutical sector, according to Jane Shirley, chief executive of Cello Health.

She said: “There is an appetite for social media insights, and more so, an appetite to be able to translate this conversational data to clear actions to drive healthcare brand strategy.”

Damian Eade, managing director, Cello Health Logic, said: “Our combination of technology and specialist industry expertise will allow Cello Health Logic to meet this growing need within the current market.”
