Canvs upgrades TV platform

US – Customer insights platform Canvs AI has launched a cross-platform view for its Canvs TV tool.

Streaming

The cross-platform view will allow users to get qualitative and quantitative overviews about how their programmes are performing on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube TV.

Canvs TV will also enable customers to access inline benchmarking options to compare syndicated over-the-top (OTT) and linear television airings.

The interface for Canvs TV will also be upgraded, and two new benchmarks have been added to allow for comparison of metrics such as volume, total reactions, average reactions, and any emotions selected for assets of the same genre or airing type.

Jared Feldman, founder and chief executive of Canvs, said: “With the proliferation of on-demand and streaming services, TV viewers have more options than ever before – they can consume media when, where, and however they want.

“Things are changing so quickly, and it’s critical for providers to have the pulse of their audience.”
