Canvas8 creates insight toolkit
The products, brought together under the name Toolkit, include a Media Snapshot tool, which will provide in-depth views of media behaviours, and Brand Resonance Snapshot, which will show how a brand is performing with its audience.
Other tools include Pitch Portrait, incorporating video responses to questions, Viewpoint Snapshot, a report built around brand or agency viewpoints, and Trend Snapshot, which examines the impact of emerging trends.
Becca Smith (pictured) has been appointed head of toolkit to lead the launch, having worked for seven years in strategic cultural research, and she will manage a team of behavioural analysts overseeing the Toolkit products.
Smith said: “We know that our members are under pressure. With the expectation for impact higher than ever, and pace of change getting faster, brands and agencies need more accessible ways to ground their decision making in human behaviour.
“Speed of decision-making is critical. But this shouldn’t be to the detriment of quality – these insights still need to be meaningful, actionable and focused on understanding real people, not just numbers. That’s when Toolkit steps in.”
