FRANCE— Consulting and systems integration company Business & Decision Group has acquired French web analytics firm Hub’Sales.
Patrick Bensabat (pictured), Business & Decision Group chairman and managing director, said: “Hub’Sales is a young company that brings a fresh perspective on digital consumer behaviour analysis. Their Hub’Scan solution is unique in France and will help strengthen our existing CRM and e-Business offerings.”
Hub’Sales founder Eric Duman added: “Joining the group is a true opportunity. Thanks to Business & Decision, we will gain greater recognition, not only in France, but also in the USA where web analytics issues play a major role in marketing and communication strategies.”
