UK – Market research agency BMG Research has announced it has appointed Claire Gevaux, formerly of Sainsbury’s, as research director, specialising in employee engagement.
Gevaux held the role of employee insights and engagement manager at the supermarket brand for five years. Her previous experience includes the Central Office of Information (COI), ORC International and Ipsos MORI.
In her new role, she will be responsible for taking forward BMG’s employee insight offer, working alongside the senior team. She will be based in London.
Dawn Hands, managing director at BMG, said: “Claire brings a wealth of experience to this role. Employee engagement is a growth market as companies increasingly realise the productivity and efficiency gains that an engaged workforce brings. At BMG we are expanding our innovation and capability in this field and Claire’s appointment will help us be even more ambitious”.
