Blue Yonder launches product testing tool
'SprintAI’ will deliver product testing data to research and development (R&D) teams and is aimed at supporting face-to-face product development.
The tool uses AI automation alongside support from human researchers, and allows users to carry out tasks such as screening early-stage concepts or validating ready-for-market developments.
Features include AI automation, tailored questions, samples and diagnostics, idea screening and support with aligning with product development cycles.
Richard Heath, managing director at Blue Yonder, said that SprintAI “uses AI to create speed, while retaining the flexibility R&D teams need for innovation work”.
