Blue Marble, Pye Tait and Qa Research merge

The businesses have been merged by their parent company, consultancy business EMB Group, which acquired Pye Tait in 2023, followed by Blue Marble and Qa Research in 2024.
Navigator Insight has offices in Leicester and York, with 50 employees located across the UK.
Blue Marble is a social research and policy specialist, Pye Tait focuses on evaluation and Qa Research brings data collection and survey capabilities.
The newly combined agency will offer end-to-end solutions – testing, tracking and evaluating the long-term effectiveness of policy decisions.
Its specialist data solutions function includes an in-house call centre, a network of face-to-face fieldworkers and scripting and data processing services.
Danielle Gillett, chief executive of EMB Group, will lead Navigator Insight as chief executive, with Tom Clarkson, Emma Partridge, Michael Fountain and Richard Bryan as managing partners.
Gillett said: “We're very excited to bring together our specialist expertise in one team. We can now offer end-to-end solutions that can compete with the reach of larger consultancies whilst maintaining the agility, sector specialism and personal service that our clients have come to expect from a trusted partner.
“We’re also delighted that coming together as a single, bigger agency offers our team members a stronger and more coherent career development pathway from graduate entry to senior research director.”
