US— Kristi Burrows, Best Buy’s former director of consumer insight, strategy and execution, has joined Influx Strategic Consulting as director of business strategy.
Burrows spent nine years at Best Buy, focusing on innovation, marketing, customer research and strategy development. During that time she developed product offerings related to energy management, health and wellness, e-vehicle transportation and new-store format development.
“My expertise is in developing new experiences and stories that connect brands to consumers,” she said.
Influx is part of the marketing communications agency Butler, Shine, Stern & Partners (BSSP).
